Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council
2024 Small Arts Project Grant supporting Life Story Play classes in Mankato. This activity is made possible in part by a grant from the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council from funds appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature from its general fund. We are grateful to Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council for their generous support of our programs at Open Arts Minnesota.
Minnesota State Arts Board
2023/2024 Creative Support for Organizations. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and heritage fund.
The 2023/2024 Creative Support Grant funds our program operations for Open Arts Minnesota. It provides support to stage one show and several performances in 2023/2024. The grant provides funds for two Teaching Artists and for our Artistic Assistant. The grant also provides funding for inclusion and accessibility needs for the groups we serve. The Creative Support Grants of 2021, 2022, and 2023 provided and continues to provide foundational support for our organization so we may thrive and grow in our mission. We are thankful for this amazing support!

Aktion Club Theatre of Mankato Theatrical 2022 Production of “Turning Towards Each Other”. This project is funded in part from a philanthropic gift from the Kristine Lindvall Fund of the Mankato Area Foundation.
